Request for Student Transcripts and Records
Students who have been enrolled in Saint Paul Public Schools may request copies of their enrollment records. The information available to students may vary but will most often include history of schools attended, dates attended, grades, GPA (grade point average) and immunization records.
To comply with the Federal Privacy law, all transcripts and diplomas requests must be made by the student. No requests can be accepted from a third party.
There is a fee of $7.00 for the official transcript and $5.00 for a duplicate diploma. Personal checks are not accepted. Payment must be made in cash or by money order. When ordering a transcript or diploma, please allow 5-7 business days for transcripts and 25 business days for diplomas from the date of our receipt of your request.
Requests for transcripts or diplomas must be made in writing. Please include the following information:
· Full name used in school · Date of Birth · Last Saint Paul school attended and the year · Your signature and telephone number · Complete mailing address for return mail. · Include money order payable to Saint Paul Public Schools

Request for Immunization Records
Students who have been enrolled in Saint Paul Public Schools may also request copies of their immunization records for the time they were enrolled in the district.
To obtain this information, please fax requests to (651) 632-3757 with the following information:
· Full name used in school · Date of Birth · Last school and year attended in Saint Paul Public Schools · A telephone number where you may be reached if further information is needed · Complete mailing address for return mail
GED Requests
Students who have earned a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and wish to receive a copy of their record must contact MN Dept of Education, GED office at (651) 582-8445.
