Open Enrollment
Minnesota Statute 124D.03 allows all Minnesota's public school students
the opportunity to apply to attend a school outside of the school
district where they live. The application form at the bottom of this page must be
submitted to the Saint Paul Public Schools.
Open enrollment enables students who live in Saint Paul to attend schools outside of the school district and students who live outside the school district to attend a school in Saint Paul. Space availability and school district policies may impact whether a student's open enrollment request is granted. Students living in Saint Paul generally receive preference for admission into Saint Paul Public Schools.

Students wishing to attend an elementary magnet and citywide option school or any secondary school must fill out an application in addition to the open enrollment application.
