On-Line Learning is not the same as home schooling.  It is a different type of educational process.

Many companies claim to have on line learning, and many have very high fees for their services.  They may or may not have certified teachers working for them.

The Minnesota Department of Education has certified a number of On-Line learning programs.   All are taught by Minnesota licensed teachers, meet or exceed state academic standards, transfer to other public school districts and apply to high school graduation. These programs are no or low cost programs.
